The Echelon Project Is a City Within the City

June 9, 2018 |

It is truly remarkable what you see when you take a walk down Seaport Boulevard, part of Boston’s Innovation District.  Regardless of whether it is a weekday or weekend, the area is buzzing with excitement and energy.  Strolling down the Boulevard, everything you need is at your fingertips —high end boutiques, and shops, beauty salons,  health clubs,  restaurants, bars, bistros and Cafés.

For Boston luxury real estate owners in this area, there’s no need to leave the area for anything. Everything you could need is nearby, and new residential Boston luxury homes construction is underway.

I visited the new Echelon project recently, and it’s truly a “city within a city.” The development is a series of residential towers (Boston luxury homes and rentals) as well as an office tower intertwined with parks and green space, high-end retail, boutiques, Cafés, restaurants. The complex offers many indoor/outdoor recreation areas, pools and club amenities.

There are more than 60 different floor plans to choose from and a very limited number of investor units, which makes it attractive for future Boston luxury real estate owners who want to live there full time. The Innovation District is becoming more and more of a livable neighborhood.

This area is not only ideal for empty nesters, but also for Boston luxury real estate owners who crave the energy of metro neighborhoods with the hot, new restaurants and entertainment spots. Not to mention the great views these homes provide.

The City of Boston is hoping to add a water shuttle, making it easier to connect to other parts of the city rather than driving. This would be a wonderful addition to an already desirable neighborhood.
